What Makes a New Concorde Kid's Movie?

* Main character is missing one parent either due to a death or a divorce.

* Main character gets bullied.

* Main character's lover is also missing one parent and it's opposite of the missing parent of the main character.

* Something magical helps the main character, whether it be a magical party monster, a magical, talking skateboard, or even a pair of Heelys that allows flight.

* Dom DeLuise as the voice of one of these magical characters.

* Flying.

* A character on the bully's side that feels sorry for the main character and betrays the bully towards the end.

* A smaller production budget as time goes by.

* At least one semi-popular actor that starred in a TV show from the 80's or earlier.

* DVD price of around $5 American dollars.

* Releasing the movie straight to home video around 1995 to now.

* DVD features that usually consist of movie previews, like the "White Wolf" movies.
